StayInformed is a program that works to read and collect news items from different sources and types, showing them in a centralized way on-screen.

The main idea of the program is to have the news always up to date from a variety of different sources. This includes both text and audiovisual elements. Just sit back and read or listen. When you see something you want, you can select it to hear it or see it completely (not just the headline).

The name of this program says it all: Stay Informed. It is a very heterogeneous news reader that is very flexible, and offers a variety of visual formats on-screen.

NOTE: For it to work correctly you need Microsoft .NET Framework installed in your PC, and also a SQL Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition server, that will install together with the program if needed.
